Decor & Pillow Return Policy

We accept returns for Decor & Pillows inside of 14 days of you receiving the product and the refund will be given in the form of store credit. 

1. The product must be unused, new condition with tags on. 

2. Initiate the conversation by emailing info@iloveecochic.com and let us know what items you wish to return. 

3. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return product to us.

Damaged Product

IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT BE SURE TO TAKE PHOTOS OF THE SHIPPING BOX BEFORE THROWING IT AWAY. 

1.  Start the conversation by emailing info@iloveecochic.com

2.  Include at least 2 photos of the exterior box/packaging. 

3. Include 2-3 photos of the damaged product

Once email and photos are received the Eco Chic team will jump into action to get the issued resolved as swiftly as possible.
